Overview
Prodix is built to help developers ship production-quality applications faster. We want the platform to be used for legitimate, constructive purposes. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what you may and may not do when using the Service.
This AUP is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using Prodix, you agree to comply with both documents.
Most of the rules below are common sense. The goal is not to be restrictive — it is to protect users, third parties, and the integrity of the platform.
Prohibited Content
You must not use Prodix to generate, host, or distribute applications that contain or facilitate:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits minors. This is an absolute prohibition and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Malware or malicious code — including viruses, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, or code designed to gain unauthorised access to systems.
- Hate speech — content that promotes violence or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Harassment and threats — applications designed to harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate specific individuals.
- Disinformation — applications designed to systematically spread false information with the intent to deceive or cause harm.
- Illegal content — anything that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction or ours, including material that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights.
Prohibited Activities
Beyond prohibited content, the following activities are not permitted:
- Abusing the platform — automating requests at a volume that degrades service quality for other users, circumventing rate limits, or using the API in ways that violate our fair-use guidelines.
- Account misuse — creating multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits or subscription restrictions, sharing accounts between multiple people on paid tiers that are not the Team plan.
- Phishing and fraud — building applications designed to trick users into revealing credentials, financial information, or other sensitive data under false pretences.
- Cryptomining — using generated applications or sandbox environments to mine cryptocurrency without the explicit consent of the end users.
- Privacy violations — building applications that collect or process personal data without proper disclosure, consent, or security measures, or that are designed to surveil individuals without their knowledge.
- Circumventing security — attempting to reverse-engineer the Prodix platform, probe our systems for vulnerabilities without authorisation, or access resources that belong to other users.
AI-Specific Rules
Because Prodix uses AI models to generate code, the following additional rules apply to your prompts and the use of generated output:
- Do not attempt to use prompts to extract training data, system prompts, or other confidential information from the AI models we use.
- Do not attempt to jailbreak, manipulate, or circumvent the safety filters built into the AI models that power Prodix.
- You are responsible for reviewing generated code before deploying it, including for correctness, security vulnerabilities, and legal compliance. We do not warrant that generated code is safe or production-ready without review.
- Generated code may inadvertently reproduce patterns from open-source code. You are responsible for ensuring any licences that apply are respected before distributing the output.
Enforcement
We investigate suspected violations and reserve the right to take action proportionate to the severity of the violation, including:
- Issuing a warning and requiring corrective action.
- Temporarily suspending access to the Service.
- Permanently terminating your account without a refund.
- Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement or relevant authorities.
For severe violations (CSAM, malware distribution, fraud), we will act immediately without prior notice.
We aim to be fair and proportionate. If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, contact us at nav@cyberpoint.io with details and we will review your case.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this policy, please report it to nav@cyberpoint.io with:
- A description of the violation.
- The URL or project identifier if applicable.
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, links).
We investigate all credible reports and will follow up where we can, subject to privacy constraints.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice before taking effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
