What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work correctly, remember your preferences, and provide information to website operators.

This policy explains what cookies Prodix sets, why we set them, and what choices you have. For more information on how we handle your data generally, see our Privacy Policy.

Cookies We Set

We set the following first-party cookies. We have kept this list as short as possible — we only set what is operationally necessary.

EssentialCannot be disabled — required for the platform to function
  • better-auth.session_token — Stores your authentication session. Expires when you sign out or after 30 days of inactivity. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax.
  • better-auth.csrf_token — CSRF protection token. Scoped to your session. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict.
FunctionalImprove your experience — can be cleared via browser settings
  • supercode-theme — Remembers your theme preference (light / dark / system). Stored in localStorage, not a network cookie. Expires never (until cleared).

We do not set advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any cookies that build a profile of your behaviour across third-party websites.

Third-Party Cookies

The following third-party services may set cookies when you interact with certain features:

  • Stripe — sets cookies on the payment checkout flow to prevent fraud and ensure payment security. These are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • GitHub — if you connect your GitHub account for OAuth sign-in or repository export, GitHub may set its own cookies. See GitHub's Privacy Statement.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other behavioural advertising or analytics platforms.

Your Choices

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most modern browsers allow you to:

  • View all cookies currently set.
  • Delete cookies individually or all at once.
  • Block cookies from specific websites.
  • Block all third-party cookies.

Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to Prodix. Deleting the session cookie will sign you out.

For instructions on managing cookies in popular browsers, see the official documentation for Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.

Changes to This Policy

If we add new cookies or change how we use existing ones in a material way, we will update this policy and revise the date at the top of the page. Where required by law, we will seek your consent before setting new non-essential cookies.
