Frequently asked questions
What is a credit?
Credits are consumed as Prodix builds and edits your app. A full scaffold typically costs 80–200 credits depending on complexity. Small edits cost 5–20 credits. You can see the cost breakdown in your dashboard.
What happens when I run out of credits?
On Free and Starter, builds pause until your credits reset on the 1st of the month. On Pro, auto top-up keeps you running — you're billed for the additional credits used. You control the monthly cap.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period. We don't charge cancellation fees.
Do I own the generated code?
Absolutely. Every file is yours. You can export the full codebase at any time, deploy to any host, and modify it however you like. No license restrictions on your output.
What does GitHub deploy include?
Prodix creates a GitHub repository in your account, pushes the full codebase, and sets up CI configuration. You get a real repo you control — not a fork of ours.
How does team credit pooling work?
On Team, all seats share a single credit pool. If you have 3 seats, you start with 30,000 pooled credits. Any team member can build, and usage is tracked per-user in the dashboard.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — pay annually and save 20%. The annual price is shown when you toggle to annual billing on this page.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't refund consumed credits, but if you're charged in error or experience a billing issue, contact us at nav@cyberpoint.io and we'll sort it out promptly.
