Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Prodix platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and CyberPoint Technologies (“CyberPoint”, “we”, “us”, “our”). If you are using Prodix on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Description of Service
Prodix is an AI-powered web application builder that generates production-ready Next.js applications from natural language descriptions. The Service includes:
- AI-assisted application generation and editing via a web interface.
- Live sandbox environments for previewing generated applications.
- Code export and GitHub repository deployment.
- Credit-based usage metering and subscription management.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect your use.
Accounts
To use Prodix you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and not sharing them with others.
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
- Notifying us immediately at nav@cyberpoint.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Providing accurate and complete registration information and keeping it up to date.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Credits & Billing
Prodix operates on a credit-based model. Credits are consumed when you build or edit applications. The credit cost of each operation is shown in the platform.
- Free tier — 500 credits per month, up to 3 apps. No payment required.
- Paid plans — billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Auto top-up — on Pro plans, your payment method is automatically charged when credits run low. You control the monthly cap.
- Credit expiry — monthly included credits reset on your billing date. They do not carry over. Additional purchased credits do not expire.
Prices are shown exclusive of any applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Service. If your payment fails, we will attempt to retry and may suspend access until payment is resolved.
To cancel your subscription, go to account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

You agree to use Prodix only for lawful purposes and in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must not use the Service to generate applications or content that:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice.
